We had a lot of fight left last October when my husband, Peter Schriber unexpectedly succumbed to complications arising from the treatment of his Peripheral T Cell Lymphoma diagnosis.
And we knew that our community had a lot of fight left too. We felt your love and support throughout Peter's seven+ month battle. You were our cancer fighting team; you were in it with us.
Since Peter's passing, I am realizing again that it takes more than one person to make up a team. That's why I'm asking you to donate to my fundraising page in memory of Peter!

It was as Peter trained for and completed a triathalon in 2019 that the PTCL became apparent. Even pre-diagnosis, he fought the good fight, diligently battling this rare and terrible disease. Despite pandemic lockdowns, relentless treatment and many setbacks, Peter's optimism and grace motivated a beautiful quality of life throughout his cancer journey. Peter faced each day with courage and grit.
By participating as a member of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's TNT, I am raising funds to help find cures and ensure access to treatments for blood cancer patients like our Peter.
