Nora and Brian started dating after a few years of friendship and crossing paths in the same music scene. “We had crossed paths for many years before we started talking. We are both noise musicians and listeners, and we would play and attend a lot of the same shows over the years. I think we respected each other from afar and had crushes on each other, but we were always in other relationships and living in different cities. Finally we were both single at the same time in 2015, and Brian sent me an email in the form of a charmingly bizarre creative writing piece. We met up a few weeks later and it was clear that we were perfectly matched.” explained Nora.
Both musicians and avid readers, these two creatives decided to hold their ceremony at their home parish, St. Stephen of Hungary with a traditional Latin mass in Allentown, PA, followed by an intimate reception at the Black Bass Hotel in Lumberville, PA. These two described their wedding day as “intimate, low-key, sentimental, serious, a little offbeat with old school touches - the union of two strange musicians who love history, reading, and ghost stories.” It was a delight to capture every special moment between these two souls as they became a family. Congratulations, Nora and Brian!
