Jillian + David | Wedding at the Inn at Barley Sheaf Farm
Happy Anniversary love birds!
Last June we spent a wonderful summer day celebrating and documenting Jillian and David’s wedding in beautiful Bucks County. It was one of those summer days that in it’s perfection, you just weren’t sure what to expect regarding the weather. The sunny skies were feeling a bit ominous and the humidity was growing. We had been watching the forecast intently, knowing that thunderstorms could roll in at any time.
It was nothing but beautiful light for Jillian and David’s sweet first look and we explored Barley Sheaf Farm documenting love and enjoying the moment until the skies grew black and we had to run for cover. Jillian and David were all smiles and graciously moved their ceremony indoors to wait out the storm.
June 2019 feels like a lifetime ago. June 2020 is the first June in ten years that I have not picked up my camera to preserve memories for my Clients.
Jillian and David’s imagery encompasses the “before”. Open hearts, community and connection. I miss my couples, my team and my fellow vendors. I am looking forward to collaborating and capturing imagery in the future.
The “after” will look different. And I’m okay with that. I am looking forward to reimagining what wedding documentation can be. Holding on to all the things that resonate and letting go of the things that don’t serve me.
Our June 2021 is booking up fast. I’ll see you there.
